Valentines Week Special 2008

This "all inclusive" menu for two will include:

APPETIZERS

Mango Chili Shrimp Cocktail

Pan fried, phyllo-wrapped, brie with
raspberry preserves and toasted almond slivers.

Wine Accompaniment: Chateau La Paws--Blanc

SALAD

Stacked and interleaved heirloom tomato slices
with spinach, onions and pine nuts--dressed
with Our red wine vinaigrette.

PALETTE CLEANSER

Coconut Lime Ice

YOUR ENTREE CHOICES

Steer Tenderloin, grilled to your preferred temperature,
topped with Bleu Cheese butter and placed in a pool of sun-
dried tomato cream sauce. Accompanied by a jacketed baked
potato and fresh green beans.

Wine Accompaniment: Four Play Meritage

South African Lobster Tail, served with a
champagne cream sauce and lemon basil risotto.
With fresh green beans.

Wine Accompaniment: Pure Love Gold Chardonnay

Fresh Walleye Fillet, lightly dregged in almond flour.
Pan fried and drizzled with honey. Served
with lemon basil risotto and fresh green beans.
