Easter Sunday

Just a note to tell you that the Pub is not open Easter Sunday. This is a tradition we established from the very beginning, and although it would be fun to have families gathering around the table, we all value the time off to allow us to be with our families on this Sunday.

Doing Just Fine!

Just a short note to those who have been wondering where I am. Well, I had some elective surgery on March 22, 2006, and am sitting on my butt at home recovering quite well, thank you.

Seriously, all is well. Just taking some time off now to hasten recovery. Actually, I am trying to milk this for all its worth because I have not had much time off since the beginning of the Pub.

Thanks for your concern and your calls and cards; I appreciate hearing from you, and look forward to walking the floor as usual in another week or so.

Next Wine Tasting

Our Italian and French Wine Tastings were a great success. Great wines, great food, and great people. The perfect combination.

We are now planning our California Wine Tasting for the last Friday in April, April 28, 2006. Will have more details in a few days, so please check back.
